Top 10 Rare Experiences On The Road This Week
5. Watched a massive rainbow appear and disappear. It's lifespan was approximately 10 minutes.
4. Saw the hood blow open on the car driving in front of me on the LIE. Then watched as the car swerved off the road.
3. Drove by a girl walking a hot pink poodle.
2. Had a van-cab stop for gas before dropping us off. Then the driver charged us for the gas.
1. The driver of a regular cab we'd managed to squeeze 8 passengers into whipped out his cell phone to show us porn. He then tells us the only reason he's a cab driver is to support his 8 year old child. "Support the child feeders, not the mistress beaters." I believe he overstepped his bounds.

Ode to Cuba.
My Cubarican Barbie has just left me :(
..tears were shed.
If you've not had the pleasure of living with Barbara Baez, I'd like to try to give you a taste of her domestic side. I see Barbara as a rare species of cute cuddly animal. (Especially when she's sleepy)
This is how she looks when she tries to watch Harry Potter in my room, but KNOWS it's past her bedtime.
This is how she looks when she wakes up in the morning.
This is similar to the look Barb gets on her face when she thinks the cops are at our door.
This is how she looks when she eats ice cream. (and most other foods)
This is how Barb tells stories. Pointless stories.
This is how she looks when she's happy.
..and this is how she looks right after she's laugh-snaggled spit.

Especially this cat walking on a treadmill.. and this cat not walking on a treadmill... mainly just CATS ON TREADMILLS!

And these kittens on a vaccum.
One time I stopped at a gas station, there were funny cat videos playing on a TV conveniently placed right there at the pump, one after another, after another. That was the most fun I've ever had pumping gas.

As does my sister, which brings me to why I love her so much. If I had to limit myself to 3 reasons, I'd say I love her for her bubble machine, her face, and her laser tag attire.
Beans plays laser tag on TEAM LASER CAT. She dresses as a cat with an army helmet on.
When she shoots people she sings, "Peow Peow! LAYZAH CATS! LAYZAH CATS!"
